We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house media company. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity - including fashion, lifestyle, and performance-driven labels. You will create and manage brand books, design across digital and offline platforms, and collaborate closely with our content creators to ensure a consistent, innovative, and powerful visual presence.

Brand Identity & Guidelines
• Develop, maintain, and safeguard the visual identity.
• Translate brand values into distinctive visual expressions.
• Create and evolve brandbooks (brand guidelines).
Content & Social Media
• Design templates and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Ensure visuals align with each brand’s unique tone of voice.
• Add graphic elements to enhance campaign photography and video
Web & E-commerce
• Design banners, visuals, and landing pages for brand websites.
• Ensure consistency in product presentation and online customer experience.
• Support UX improvements with brand-aligned graphic design
Campaigns & Advertising
• Design advertising creatives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, etc.).
• Produce variations for A/B testing.
• Balance between high-end brand visuals and conversion-driven ad design
Print & Offline
• Design packaging, labels, tags, and other branded materials.
• Support event or launch campaigns with print and offline visuals (flyers, posters, lookbooks, pop-up branding)
Collaboration & Concept Development
• Work closely with the in-house content creator (video/photo) to maintain visual cohesion.
• Contribute to campaign concepts and storytelling from a design perspective.
• Ensure smooth integration of graphic design into content production.
Innovation & AI
• Experiment with AI tools for concept generation and scalable workflows.
• Stay ahead of design trends (typography, motion graphics, digital fashion).
• Bring forward-thinking ideas to strengthen the creative edge of each brand.
Profile & Requirements
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, social content, and campaign design.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Figma/Canva.
• Understanding of social media formats and design for performance marketing.
• Ability to design across both premium branding and sales-driven visuals.
• Experience in creating brand books or visual guidelines.
• Interest in AI design tools and willingness to experiment.
